Days Per Week: 3 In season/ 5 Off season
S.A.S Athlete is a program designed for those who go through a competitive season. Specifically aimed at Rugby and Football players, this program will follow the U.K. season and cycle through an in season and off season template. This program will build you up in the off season and get you performing at your best during it.
Days Per Week: 4-5
S.A.S Powerlifting is a tried and tested program that utilises the very best knowledge and understanding of the conjugate system to take your strength to the next level. The program is designed to improve your numbers in the squat, bench and deadlift to give you the best total possible. This program will also include a number of accessory exercises to target your weaknesses, keep you injury free and make you freakishly strong!
S.a.s olympic lifting

S.A.S Olympic Lifting program is very different from traditional Olympic Weightlifting programs. Utilising the Conjugate System we will work through a whole host of lift variations to strengthen every aspect of the lifts whilst simultaneously taking your strength to the next level.

S.A.S Performance is somewhat of a hybrid program. It has a heavy focus on strength and power development but also blends in some conditioning work with the addition of some strongman elements. A heavily varied program that will move between strength dominant blocks and conditioning dominant blocks that will literally turn you into a machine!

S.A.S Jacked is designed for the non competitive athlete whose goals are to get both strong and jacked. Utilising the conjugate system this program incorporates a blend of both powerlifting and bodybuilding to ensure you become the biggest, strongest version of yourself. This program is not for the faint hearted!

S.A.S Foundations is designed those wanting to lay the foundations of strength. With a key focus on developing the core strength movements and GPP this program will leave you with a solid base of technique and conditioning leaving you ready to reap the benefits of more advanced programs.
