I started training with Rob in 2015
I wanted to add some direction and structure to my training program. Rob was able to deliver this and more. My main goals were to increase strength, mobility and change my body composition. With Rob i have seen an increase in strength, hitting 200kg deadlift and increasing my 1rm squat by over 30kg!
I have also managed to considerably increase muscle mass.
Rob keeps the sessions interesting and fresh, which has kept me motivated heading into our second year of training. The sessions are always well structured and challenging.
